I seriously love this studio, and I’m so glad I finally took the leap and started coming. The workouts are incredible. I’ve been going 4–5 times a week for the past three months, and the progress I’ve seen is amazing - I feel stronger than ever. All the instructors are so sweet and welcoming. Julia and Paige’s classes are my personal favorites, and I miss Megan’s classes so much. I can’t wait for her to come back from maternity leave! If you are considering Pilates do not hesitate to try Be fit!
Julia is truly an incredible Pilates instructor! Her classes are no joke—challenging in the best possible way and guaranteed to leave you feeling stronger every time. She brings amazing energy into the studio, keeping everyone motivated and engaged from start to finish. The music she chooses is always on point and adds so much to the vibe of the workout. Julia has that perfect balance of tough love and encouragement, and it makes every session feel empowering and fun. If you’re looking for hard, high-energy, feel-good Pilates classes, Julia is your girl. Absolutely 10/10!
I love be fit! The studio is always so nice and clean but my most favorite thing about Be Fit are the instructors! They are all so knowledgeable and kind. Every class I get I come out feeling so sore in the best way possible. All the instructors here make me feel so accepted and are so warm and inviting. Shout out Haley, Paige Kathryn, Sam and Joanne C for ALWAYS being so incredibly nice to me...and for helping my glutes grow. I have nothing but great things to say about this place. 10/10 always!!!
I’ve tried various different types of workouts and BeFit is the only one I’ve stuck with for over 3 years. The instructors are so fun and no workout is ever the same, making every class different and exciting. This keeps me engaged the entire 45 minutes. Playlists are always on point. My body is completely sculpted and toned, something I would never be able to achieve in a regular gym. As a mom, I don’t have hours to spend at the gym. I am able to get a full body workout in those 45 minutes I am at BeFit. If I could give this 1 million stars, I 100% would!
Love this location! It’s great early in the morning when there’s plenty of parking, & coming in the afternoon is nice too for some post-Pilates window shopping! I took Joanne’s class today 8/11/25 and it was killer! The leg presses & curtsy lunges had me shaking in the best way. She for sure knows her stuff about what muscles to activate, and I prefer workouts that are actually challenging. The instructors at this location do not disappoint. The music is always great, and this studio is always very clean & tidy. I really love coming here with my class packs I buy, and will be a customer for as long as their studios are around!
