I’ve been taking classical guitar lessons with lena vinz for a while now, and it’s been an incredible experience. They’re not only a talented musician but also a patient and knowledgeable teacher who knows how to explain complex techniques in a clear, approachable way. Each lesson is structured yet flexible, with a perfect balance of technical exercises and musicality. I’ve seen noticeable improvement in my playing, tone, and overall understanding of the instrument. Highly recommended for anyone looking to seriously develop their classical guitar skills, whether you’re a beginner or more advanced.
Lena is a great instructor. In just 5 months she’s taught me different techniques of playing the acoustic guitar. We also started practicing an assemble with other novice students who have lessons right before and after me. Whether I’m playing well or having an off week Lena always has a great attitude and a pep talk!
Lena Vinz is a terrific instructor. Her instruction is generous and encouraging while also providing the rewards of rigor. She tailors her lessons to what and how students best learn, including a variety of music, exercises, and fundamentals. I look forward to attending lessons each week, and after four months of working together, I feel a real difference in my progress as a beginning guitar student.
Lena Vinz is a truly special and gifted instructor. Her methods are amazing and our daughter always comes home from her lessons inspired and excited about learning guitar. Ms. Julie's work has been amazing! She is immensely patient, encouraging and inquisitive in her approach. She tailors the lessons specific to her students and ensures that they are progressing in their skills while maintaining the integrity of their enjoyment of music. The music space (office) is also family friendly and welcoming. I definitely recommend BeSound Music Studio to all looking for a well-rounded, yet challenging experience. Thank you for all you do!
