I can’t say enough good things about this clinic. Jess at the front desk and Dr. Rubino saw us right away when other clinics couldn’t accommodate us until much later in the day, which made a stressful situation much easier. Dr. Rubino was incredibly thorough, taking the time to fully examine Maisy and run diagnostics so we could make an informed decision, rather than rushing or guessing. She was transparent and shared all of the information and results, taking time to explain different options. Maisy is a high-energy, anxious, dog-reactive dog and not always the easiest patient, but the team was diligent, thoughtful, and genuinely supportive in how they handled her. They remained patient, understanding, and calm with her throughout the entire visit, which made a huge difference. Glad to be home now with some answers and peace of mind until we are back in a few days for more investigation. Every staff member we interacted with was positive, kind, and compassionate. You can really tell they care about both the animals and the people who love them. This is our first time at this clinic and I’m very grateful for the care we received and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them!

Recently my dog and I were out for a walk and he was attacked by a dog who had broken loose. Since our regular vet couldn't see us until much later in the day, I had to find an emergency clinic. There were a few minutes of confusion on the phone but ultimately, the reason for that was because the person I was initially speaking with was calling around to the other locations to see if we could get seen faster and the call got put back in the que. We were able to be seen right away, the staff was incredibly kind and compassionate, keeping us informed every step of the way, answering all my questions, listening when I was beside myself with concern. Ziggy was well taken care of and he's recovering well. We're so grateful. Luckily, the owner of the other dog agreed to pay the bill so I didn't care about the cost. It seemed reasonable and I would have paid anything to make sure my baby was okay.

The vets and other staff at Beattie are always so knowledgeable and kind. Compared to other clinics the prices are reasonable too. Yesterday I had Dr. Sofia and she made me and my scaredy cat feel so comfortable. I like that I never feel rushed here either and can ask whatever questions I have. Don’t compare the five star rating to Nugget’s expression in the picture lol.

I recently had to say goodbye to my baby Weeman, and the compassion at this hospital was truly wonderful. The room they prepared was so calming, there was a soft blanket for him, relaxing music, and even water and snacks for me and my kitty. They gave me all the time I needed and gently explained every step of the process, which made such a painful moment a little easier. Every single person there deserves the world for the kindness they showed. I even received a handwritten letter in the mail from the team, and it was the sweetest thing ever. Thank you so much.. You can truly feel how much these people care for pets.

I had to unfortunately put my cat to sleep, I was dealing with a lot of emotions and stress about the whole situation. When I brought my kitty in, the staff were extremely compassionate and understanding. They took care of not only my kitty, but even myself! Offered me refreshments, boxes of Kleenex, and more! They never rushed me through the process and told me to take as long as I needed through each and every step. The doctor was extremely professional and attentive to explain everything she did. Thank you for taking care of my Mischa. By far the BEST place to go to in Hamilton, give them a call!
