I’m extremely disappointed in my experience with Skin by Carmen. I scheduled my appointment a full week in advance, only to have it completely disregarded and moved 3 times in a 24 hour time span. That in itself was frustrating, but I decided to give the business the benefit of the doubt and move forward. After finally receiving the service, I was told I would be sent post-care instructions via text to help care for my skin—but that message never came. Since then, I’ve been experiencing complications and have reached out multiple times over the course of a full week. Despite repeated phone calls and text messages, no one has had the courtesy to respond. This level of unprofessionalism and lack of follow-up—especially when it concerns someone’s skin and health—is completely unacceptable. I expected far better and hope others consider this before booking.

Excellent place to take care of your facial needs. I suffered from acne back in my teen years and now I dealing with bad scarring. I had a consultation and microneedling was the best choice for me. I had an appointment with Cricelis and it was great!, she is very processional, knowledgeable, friendly and gentle, I'm already seeing dramatic results. I know I will need several sessions, but I'm happy with what I'm seeing. Totally recommend. Prices are also reasonable (best prices I've ever seen). Five stars

Carmen is a sweet heart! It was my first visit and I did the Microdermabrasion and it was great! I came in to deal with some after acne scarring. She was very clear and precise with the game plan to help me! Just after this first visit, I already know that she's going to help me a great deal and Im excited to continue my journey of getting rid of these stubborn marks with her! Place is very clean and has the most soothing music, so much so that I almost dosed off! So 100% recommend!!

Carmen is amazing very experienced and can really help you figure out your skin and what it may or may not need. The spa is very clean and with Covid they have been extremely cautious which is nice. My skin looks and feels amazing. It can be a little pricey but I guess you get what you pay for. She wants you to be happy with your experience and she takes caution with sensitive skin which made me feel comfortable with exploring things like a peel. I am very happy with my service here and will continue to go back!

Carmen hat mir wirklich bei den Bedenken geholfen, die ich in Bezug auf die Hautpflege hatte. Ihre Empfehlungen waren A+ und ich kann definitiv den Unterschied sehen, wie meine Haut aussieht und sich anfühlt. Ich muss nicht einmal Make-up tragen, wenn ich mich dazu entscheide, es nicht zu tragen. Meine Poren und Linien haben sich in den 4–5 Monaten, in denen ich zu ihr gehe, vermindert, und dafür bin ich dankbar. Sie hat mir gezeigt, wie man seine Haut richtig pflegt, und das zeigt sich. Meine Freunde bemerken das und ich bekomme ständig Komplimente. Ich würde sie sehr empfehlen. Tolle Atmosphäre und Vibe.
