Amazing staff and products! Super friendly people with great service, I was given heaps of free products through purchasing other items. Most Body Shop stores are the same, however this one had the latest products and some that I haven’t even been able to purchase online! They also had a skin care master class which was 100% worth the £10 for great products and professional advice specialised for your skin. Definitely recommend!!

I bought the spray musk perfume and realised it was the wrong one, not great, but then I ordered the oil because I wore it many years ago. I was very disappointed, it was £30 with delivery and I can say the smell doesn't last that long.Back in the day you could still have smelt the oil next day!
Pam is the nicest lady, she really helped me with shade matching a foundation. She makes me want to keep coming back to the store, she is very easy to talk to for an anxious person like me. She helped me before with products after I started having allergic reactions to things, everything I bought from her has been brilliant.
