Every time I come for my PMU supplies, I'm treated with so much respect. The young lady working the front counter is soooo sweet and genuine. She's super patient and knowledgeable. I learn something new every time and we share a laugh! I send my students here and highly recommend!!
Im customer at Bella 3D 3years , usually i go here 2-3 times a weeks to buy lashes extensions tray . Last time they asked me buy whole sale , and get whole sale price . That week i bought more than 300 trays lashes . Sometimes i choose lash tray from shelf , sometimes they get for me quick and go , i dont have time to stay there and check all tray . That time they gave me wrong curls then the next day i went back to exchange , but the cashier lady told me “ it’s final sale , cant exchange “ . Hellooooooo - I bought whole sale , not final sale , i was disappointed about policies there few times . Does anyone have same problem like me ?
Honestly I’m kind of disappointed. I drove all the way from Lodi so an hour and 45 minutes away and was met immediately with rudeness. Nobody welcomed me when I walked in they sort of just stared while I walked around with my friends. The selection looks amazing. But it’s hard to shop and feel comfortable when you’re being stared at. Once we got closer to the register they offered some kind of help but I didn’t want to add that point. They also questioned if I knew how to use the products that I picked out while I was paying. I guess I could’ve just been a precaution but again I didn’t feel welcomed so the question rubbed me the wrong way. I wasn’t gonna write this review and thought maybe it was all in my head until my friends also pointed out that they were very unfriendly. I dont expect a red carpet but some friendlyness goes a long way.
I get most of my supplies for lashing here! 1 stop shop and they even have an open work station. With options to get to touch and see your products. Especially types of lashes and Tweezers. Affordable and the staff is very knowledgeable they answer all my questions, which is a plus because I have many!
I love their NEW LOCATION! Easy parking too! They have all the supplies you need for individual eyelash extensions, brow tint, lash lifts (perm) and microblading. Its currently the ONLY brick and mortar eye supply store in Silicon Valley. Bella 3D is open to the public. If you are curious about how to use any of their professional products, just ask them. They have classes year round!
