I had an appointment, and ended up being in and out in less than 40 minutes for a full set acrylic manicure with a French design.... Not only was the entire process completely rushed, and none of my requests honored, my nails are awful. SO bad in fact, I scheduled a new appointment at another salon about an hour from now to have these removed... the shape of every nail is uneven, the French tip design is a different thickness on every nail, each nail is crooked in a new direction, and the design I requested looks absolutely atrocious and was nothing like the picture. I will never go back here again. So overpriced for a very low-quality manicure. I attached a photo of what I got for $80...

Everyone there was so kind and they did an amazing job. She had to fix my nails that another nail tech did and absolutely killed it! They were also super fast which is always appreciated for me. Will be back many times!
Horrible experience. I booked a regular manicure and a regular pedicure. First off, they up charged me without asking me. I only wanted a basic pedicure, but they gave me a luxury one, and insisted I pay for it. Second, something must be wrong with the polish they used. After sitting and waiting for my nails to dry for 10+ minutes, the guy said I was good to go. I go into my purse and grab my keys, and the polish smears everywhere. Turns out they were not dry. I don’t have time for them to be repainted, so I just said take the polish off. I left with my nails looking worse than they did when I came in, there’s polish all over my hands as well. THEN, even though my toenails had been drying for like an hour, they smear too but I don’t realize it until after I leave. I paid over $100 for this service. They were resistant to giving me any sort of refund but I eventually got $75 back. Still unacceptable and a horrible experience
I came in for a broken nail fix for the first time, and EVERY SINGLE worker greeted me with bright smiles and were so very wonderful to me. The woman who fixed my nail took her time to replicate the design from my other nails and as close as she could and did a beautiful job. I will absolutely switch over to this salon!!!
