I received a prompt appointment upon my call. Given the weather, that was unexpected, and, greatly appreciated! Technician was was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable regarding how to resolve issue with fire place logs. I will definitely use them again. 5 Star service. The Ladies who answered the phone and set the appointment were also extremely nice and professional!

Josh from Berico has been outstanding! He has worked really hard to resolve the issue which has been ongoing. Josh explained everything he did in an understandable way and took the time to do so. Josh was very knowledgeable with boilers and great customer service every time he came. One of the best technicians. Berico is fortunate and blessed to have him! I had several small jobs that needed attention and called Berico. They were polite, efficient and quick to repair all items. I had a leaky faucet, a slow drain, a hose I couldn't get off the bib, and an outdoor faucet whose handle had come off. The price was reasonable and I am very happy with the service and expertise of the technicians.

Berico serviced my gas logs. They called before arrival to let me know they were coming. The technician was on time, courteous and knowledgeable. Great service at a great price. I’m very happy with the service provided and I will be using them for any service I need in the future.
