This is my third time using BESA Electrical Services. BESA Electrical Services are now my ‘go to’ electricians whenever I need electrical work to be completed! By far the best electrician company I have worked with. I have messaged Gjergji (the director) a countless number of times via WhatsApp and phoned him at different times during the day, and he always makes the time to talk through any questions or comments you may have. Gjergj clearly knows what he is doing, is very well versed in electrics, very professional, friendly, helpful, and great at his job. The electricians on site under Gjergj also carried out an EICR and replaced 3 fuse boards as a result of the EICR in a very timely manner, and always beat the price of the competitors. It is honestly a great pleasure to use BESA's services and will always recommend their services to anyone requiring any electrical works needing to be carried out.

I had a terrible experience with George who was supposed to do a job in my flat. He kept changing the time from 12-2 to 2-4 and then called saying they can't make it before 4:30 which was not suitable for me. He then offered to come by 4pm and finish by 4:30. Unfortunately he started the job and shut down the power in the whole flat and removed the main box, then said he's going to get the new one from his van down the building, and he disappeared. I tried to call him more than once, he didn't answer, then switched off his phone. Only to know from another colleague of him after ONE HOUR that he's not coming back as he'd left and handed over the job to his colleague without communicating this to me, which was extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. I called the manager who was responsive and sent Jamie to fix it. Jamie was brilliant though, and perfectly finished the job by 7pm.

Required: EICR cert for 5 Bed Maisonette/flat E3 Electrical: George was fast to respond to an urgent request for EICR. Whilst on the job, happy to undertake extra Fire/Smoke Alarm testing. Arrived on time, provided required certs same day and at a competitive price. Would and will use again and happy to recommend to others. Well done George (BESA Electrical Services LTD) !
