I would like to share feedback about my recent visit to Best Buy. Unfortunately, the cashier was not friendly, did not greet me, did not smile, and spoke in a rude manner. In addition, the line was very long, and the cashier was working extremely slowly, which caused a long wait. I hope this feedback helps improve customer service.

I live eight minutes from here. But I will never come back to this Best Buy. I’d rather drive to jenkintown. So many employees none of them have a clue of anything that’s going on in there. They have no basic knowledge of anything the store sells. One told me look it up online. Really!!! All they do is run in groups and hide. God forbid you ask them for help.

This Best Buy is really good. It stands out from other Best Buy locations for 1 reason, the employee's. These people are so nice and helpful. The manager woman is the best, I dont remember her name. Clean store, always stocked, great return policy's, everything good about Best Buy but with a great Staff.

We went to Best Buy for a TV that was on sale. The salesperson we had was very helpful when the one we wanted on sale was out of stock. He showed us other options including a nicer model available at the same price . We were very happy with our purchase and the sales persons willingness to stay with us and help us through our purchase. I am very happy with my purchase.

I didn't even know my phone had a warranty and the guy was thoro and I didn't have to pay cash for my new OnePlus 13. The same one I had. But I thought my warranty was up and couldn't deal with not having that phone so I went in willing to pay full price I think I only paid like 200. Tops. And that phone has computer specs. ,16+4 20GB RAM. MAKES HELLA DIFFENCE. And people are always friendly. Here's some pics from the phone 🤳📱
