EDIT: They said they don’t take speakers, but I called before I came in and was assured Best Buy does take speakers. Additionally, I took it to a different Best Buy which took it immediately. The link provided does indicate that you do take Bluetooth speakers for recycling. You also accept speaker systems, sound bars, mp3 speakers, and boom boxes per the link provided. 🙂 Hope this helps, Best Buy! I waited in line at customer service for 20 minutes to drop off a Bluetooth speaker to be recycled. After my wait I was told they couldn’t recycle it. Took it to a different Best Buy today and they took it immediately and were super nice. Seems like this location just didn’t want to bother with it. The guy working customer service seemed more interested in dancing to the music that was playing and trying to impress a coworker rather than do his job.
I want to start off by saying Thank You to the Best Buy Rep Alen Southammavong who assisted me in my purchase last week, I had gone back to purchase yet another laptop within a week apart from my first purchase but my experience took a shift the second time I went in because I spoke to him. He not only hear my concerns he followed me through the process, he explained the benefits of having Beat buy +, he was kind to me and guided me through what I could expect with my purchase, I just saved 150 more dollars because of him. If your hesitant then just ask for him. Thank you.
I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Best Buy. I purchased products worth $8,000 from them, and the service has been absolutely unacceptable. The first installer came to my home and just left without completing the job. Then another technician came to install the hood, and he installed it crooked. He also did not install the oven. He never mentioned that he was missing a cable or any part — he simply left without saying anything. After that, I contacted customer service, and the representative I spoke with was very rude and unprofessional. This has been the worst service experience I have ever had. I am very, very unhappy and will not be purchasing from Best Buy again. I do not recommend them to anyone.
Love Best Buy the Total Tech Program pays for itself with the warranty plans. The staff is great low pressure but super helpful just an all around good experience. Went into purchase the new meta glasses and came out with a new scooter too. 😂 The staff was knowledgeable and I was just browsing and next thing I know I realized I needed to get one of those. We had thought about it over the years. I couldn't beat the price. They had early Holiday deals with financing. And I had just paid off that card. The glasses department was helpful and again no pressure just good information. Refreshing experience.
Store is well laid out and clean and they have a lot of employees. Just willing to help you at every turn, asking you do you need help every 5 seconds!
