This is how the best buy movers left my house. I got a new fridge delivered. They tried to charge my 60 year old mother $150 to take out the other fridge. When my mom finally decided to call and ask for there help agreeing to the $150 the mover said that since he was “far now” it would cost “a lot more than $150” while laughing. They left my house like this and left my poor mom alone to try and fix this herself. They were lazy did many unprofessional things. I believe best buy should have a “free haul away” so i’m not sure why these movers tried to take advantage of my mother like this. I am extremely disturbed that someone would do this. Not to mention they didn’t even remove the packaging for the new fridge and left garbage everywhere. delivered : Jan 17 2025 around 2:30-3:15 pm

After not shopping at Best Buy for a few years, I was pleasantly surprised. I found their pricing to be very competitive and comparable to Amazon and other websites, and the convenience of being able to choose between fast in-store pickup or delivery is a major benefit. The customer service was very good; staff were readily available to help me with what I needed, both when entering the store and at the pickup desk. Additionally, I really appreciate their focus on sustainability, specifically the easy-to-use recycling program where you can drop off old electronics like TV screens. A great overall shopping experience!

The worst customer service anywhere avoid Best buy at all costs. I had a TV 85-in screen TV delivered to my house without any setup which I paid for so now I have a TV sitting in my living room that is not set up went to the store tried to discuss it with the manager he did nothing. Plus the TV box was damaged when I received it.

Best Buy in Lindbergh Plaza, Atlanta is a solid electronics hub with a wide selection of tech, appliances, and gadgets. The store is spacious and well-organized, making it easy to browse large items and smaller electronics alike. Staff is fairly knowledgeable, especially when it comes to Geek Squad services. The Plaza itself has good parking and feels like a convenient one-stop shopping zone.

Ms. Wana and her supervisor Mr. Jonathan were both so wonderful at helping me buy a tv. They were knowledgeable, did not give me any buying pressure, and diligently did their job with a smile. They had my best interests in hand the entire time. I truly appreciate their care during the buying process. They were such a blessing! Thank you!
