Being based in the UK getting hold of new or replacement parts is a bit of a nightmare. Luckily, I found Best Electronics and Bradley. Super helpful and knowledgeable in my dealings with him. Love the website as there's just so much to read. Many Thanks for an amazing Atari resource.

I have purchased from this company before and wanted to place another order. The first order wasn't real smooth as they don't accept Paypal or an online interface to accept credit card payment. However, I thought I would place another order now that I know what I need to do. I sent several emails without a response. So, tonight I called them. I asked to order 10 of a particular item (power supply). He said he won't sell them to me as there are Ebay sellers buying them and re-selling them at a profit. I asked if I could purchase just one as I repair old consoles and need power supplies. The guy on the phone told me "your account is closed" and that he won't sell anything to me. I didn't get the person's name but he was truly a jerk. Also, they might possibly have the worst website I've ever experienced. It looks like it's from 1998, as it probably is.

If you are interested in vintage Atari, then you know about Best Electronics. No doubt it would be an interesting visit to their store to view the bazillions of vintage Atari parts. Brad has been very helpful in providing advice on repairs and parts, like making sure you have a 1050 diagnostics disk for when you want to replace a track zero sensor in a drive. Anyway, I have been able to repair devices with parts from Best, and it is great they are still in business.

This is am amazing store for anyone who loves atari and we are so lucky to have it! I've bought many items from Bradley and he's always been kind and very prompt in sending items.

Ich kann gar nicht sagen, wie zufrieden ich mit meinen Erfahrungen mit diesen Leuten bin. Bradley hat sich persönlich gemeldet und sehr schnell auf alle meine Fragen geantwortet. Und die zugesandten Gegenstände, selbst die gebrauchten Cartridges, waren absolut makellos. Und jetzt kann ich meinen Atari 800XL wieder zum Laufen bringen!
