UPDATE: If I was told when I came to the repair shop that my laptop was CHEAP and that getting it fixed might not be feasible, I would have thanked you for the general diagnosis. I expect a computer repair shop to have a professional behind the counter who could give me that advice. I did receive a refund from a diagnosis charge. March 20, 2025. I chose Best PC Repair based on good reviews on Google and an ‘A’ rating with the Better Business Bureau. I spoke to a friendly voice on the phone, Patrick. He stated to bring it to their office suite and they will give me a diagnosis. Even though they have 'store hours' it is actually by appointment only which is different then what is stated on their website. The person I met when I dropped off the laptop was a person who was not Patrick, but a person with no experience to answer my questions; regarded as a person who just does “paperwork”.
100% recommend! They were not only able to fix my laptop, but also was able to work with me! Quick, and efficient had it done the same day I dropped off. Overall great experience, you should definitely check this place out for all of your computer repairs!
