Throughly enjoyed my experience. The service representative allowed me to tag along as he reviewed the non-operating system. We started with the thermostat and ended with hvac unit. He pointed out the damaged components and explained the reasons that I might consider a system upgrade.
My wife works with a blind lady who has recently bought a condo and needed to replace the heater/ac unit. The unit is for a ground floor and the unit is in the ceiling. The installation began in December 2024. I am not sure if it was an oversight or an intentional thought that the owner is blind and wouldn’t see the incomplete work that was left. It wasn’t until my wife went over a week after completion to find the poor work that was done. This now meant my wife had to take extra time from her regular work to ensure this was resolved. (I have attached the pictures of how they left the installation. After several unsuccessful attempts to contact Buetler for a resolution, I stepped in and sent a text to the owner, was responded to immediately. My wife met with Buetler at the condo and discussed the necessary fix, Buetler acknowledged that the project was not properly completed Their process for beginning the correction took so long that when the city inspector came out, the city told Buetler they would not issue them any more permits until this one was corrected. Then the heat went out of the unit they installed the week before Christmas and all they do is bring a space heater. He said well I’ll give her 750 and he never sent it. Here it is now December 2025 one year later, the refund never came and the city called because the permit was never finalized, my wife had to take care of that. So glad to be done with it, and extremely disappointed with the company, at this point, I couldn’t recommend them to anyone. We did get the ceiling properly sealed, but in the process they broke the light switch cover and snuck away quietly.
Exceptional Service – Highly Recommended! I had the pleasure of working with Dante from Beutler Air Conditioning and Plumbing, and I can't say enough about the outstanding service he provided! Our sewer line was clogged, and it was causing all kinds of issues. From the moment I called, the customer service was top-notch. The agent I spoke to was friendly, helpful, and got me scheduled quickly. When Dante arrived, he was professional, efficient, and incredibly knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to clear the clog and even took the time to explain what the problem was and how he was fixing it. It was clear that he genuinely cares about doing a great job and ensuring his customers are completely satisfied. What really impressed me, aside from his expertise, was the reasonable price. I was expecting the worst, but Beutler offered a very fair rate, especially considering the quality of service I received. This experience truly exceeded my expectations, and I’ll definitely be calling Beutler for any future plumbing needs. If you're looking for a reliable, honest, and skilled team for any air conditioning or plumbing issues, look no further. Highly recommend Beutler—and Dante in particular! I’am so impressed with the entire Beutler crew I am now the new owner of a brand new Heating and Air system. I highly recommend contacting Beutler for a Heating and Air systems. They were on top of every step of this process. No regrets so happy. My house is so cool. In fact I get cold in the middle of the afternoon now because this new AC system chills the entire house. We recently had Beutler Plumbing, Heating & Air come out to install a new water heater and water pressure regulator. Doug arrived right on schedule at 8:30 in the morning and was fantastic. He walked us through the entire process, explaining what he was doing and how to maintain the new water heater for longevity. He even went over the warranty coverage in detail. It was a triple-digit day, but Doug was thorough and meticulous with his work. The whole experience was seamless, and we're so happy with the result.
