Kate was the most responsive and on-top-of-it person we worked with throughout our entire wedding planning process - truly the perfect person for this job! She handled every detail so seamlessly that we were able to relax and really enjoy the experience. She was incredibly thoughtful about what we liked and brought it all together to create the most beautiful day. She went above and beyond in every way, offered amazing recommendations, and made every decision feel easy. Beyond being an exceptional planner/coordinator, she’s also just a wonderful person to work with—and by the end, it truly felt like we were celebrating with her on our wedding day. We couldn’t recommend her and Beyond Details enough.

I’ve had the pleasure of enjoying this catering company at several different events, and every single time they have completely exceeded expectations. The food is consistently incredible — beautifully presented, full of flavor, and clearly made with real care and attention. Their staff is just as impressive. Every team member I’ve interacted with has been kind, professional, and genuinely dedicated to making the experience seamless for guests. It’s rare to find a company that delivers both outstanding food and impeccable service at this level, but they do it every time. I can’t recommend them highly enough!
Beyond Details catered our wedding last weekend and they did a great job! Preparation emails and the tasting beforehand struck a good balance of answering all of our questions but not taking up too much time while we were busy with other parts of planning (plus life). The food at the wedding was delicious from start to finish and servings were generous. They accommodated all our guests' dietary restrictions including vegetarian, gluten free/celiac, severe peanut allergy, plus a few guests with multiple food sensitivities. Overall we would highly recommend Beyond Details!
As a planner I have attended many weddings, and wowza, Beyond Details totally knocked it out of the park! The food? Oh my gosh, it was the best wedding food I’ve ever eaten—and I’ve been to a lot of weddings. Every bite was so freaking delicious, from the little appetizers (plt cups my fave) to the main dish and don’t even get me started on the desserts. I’m still dreaming about it! Everyone was talking about how amazing it all tasted. And the flowers? Wow, they were gorgeous! The bouquets, the table setups, everything looked like it came straight out of a fairy tale. It was so pretty, and you could tell they put their heart into making it special for the couple. The whole vibe was just perfect. Plus, the people working were super nice and made everything run so smoothly. If you need a catering and flower company for your big day, these guys are legit the best—trust me!
