Best diner-style feast I’ve had in ages – this place is an absolute gem! Came in starving and left in pure food coma bliss. The spread was insane: a massive loaded hot dog piled high with ketchup, mustard, mayo, and what looks like relish or peppers – it was juicy, messy in the best way, and exploding with flavor. Then there’s these perfectly charred ribs, glistening with juices and ever so tender – cooked to perfection, tender, and ridiculously tasty. And don’t even get me started on the double smash patty burger with melted cheese, jalapeños , and those crispy edges… paired with a mountain of crispy golden fries that were hot, salty, and addictive. Everything served in those nostalgic red-and-white checkered baskets – just screams classic American comfort food done RIGHT. Portions are huge, prices are fair, and the vibes are spot on. This smash burger truck is straight fire. The fact that it’s halal already had me hyped, but the food? Next level. The burger was juicy, seasoned perfectly, and the sauce was actually saucing. Every bite just hit right. We got the loaded fries too and wow, they slapped. Crispy, hot, and piled up just how I like it. Everything tasted super fresh and came out warm. For the price, it’s a total steal. Cheap, delicious, and honestly addictive. This spot’s 100 percent my new go to for late night burger cravings. So good I’m already thinking about going back.

I haven’t tried many food trucks before, but this time, when I tried this one, it was fantastic. The food was some of the most delicious I’ve ever had. The ribs were great, the hot dog was perfect, and the hamburger was really good too. I tried all three, and each one was perfect. This food truck definitely deserves five stars. I highly recommend everyone give it a try, especially since the food is halal. I really hope they grow quickly because they’re providing great food and deserve to succeed.

5-Star First-Time Experience! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 As a first-time customer, I decided to go all in and try everything on the menu — and wow, I’m glad I did! Every item delivered big on flavor and left a lasting impression. The Single and Double Smash Burgers were cooked to perfection — juicy, flavorful, and had that irresistible crispy edge. The Chicken Sandwich was equally impressive, with a perfectly seasoned and crispy coating, tender inside, and stacked just right. The Fries were golden, crispy, and not too greasy — a perfect sidekick to the mains. The Bacon-Wrapped Hot Dog was a savory standout — smoky, rich, and bursting with flavor in every bite. Now, let’s talk about the Ribs — absolutely excellent. Fall-off-the-bone tender, beautifully seasoned, and had that mouthwatering smoky finish. My only critique? The serving size was a bit on the smaller side. I was left wanting more — which, honestly, is a compliment in itself. Overall, this was an incredible first-time food experience. Everything exceeded my expectations, and I’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend trying the full spread if you’re hungry — and don’t skip the ribs!

The beef smashed burger was packed with flavor—crispy edges and super juicy. The hotdog sandwich was just as good, loaded and satisfying. Fast service, and the food hits the spot, especially late at night. Definitely adding Bibz and Ribz to my go-to spots in San Jose!
