Since it has reopened it is very nice and clean Chesapeake store is amazing and the people are very nice and friendly. It was a pleasure to shop there. Will go afain.

I went, I saw, I would not recommend this store to anyone. My experience was horrible. I will not be returning.

We from Parkville Md and all of our Big Lot stores are permanently closed. We visited the reopened Norfolk Va location on 9/2/25. Store was clean and stocked well. My reason to visit the store was to buy Victor coffee. This location didn't have the large 60 plus pods that the old Big Lots use to sell. We purchased another brand. It appears that the old Big Lot stores isn't the same as the reopened Big Lot stores. Customer in front of me asked cashier about her Big Lot member card. Cashier told customer they don't use the member card anymore. We loved Big Lots in Parkville Md. Hopefully, we will get our Big Lot store reopened soon.

Decent store. It's like any other Big Lots you've ever visited. Variety of items, ranging from furniture, housewares, food, a little bit of everything. Only complaint is the lines are always long. Usually 1 or 2 cashiers. Update...same as before but the selection of houseware items was outstanding.

Long lines 45 mints Waite and unprofessional unaccommodating manager Ashley rude unorganized??? Ashley dose not wear a mask??? Store is disorganized!!! None sale items with sale items on selfs then they embarrass you when you check out and tell you a different price? They stock wrong items with wrong prices??? Go to a better store with no Waite times and customer service driven... They have carts everywhere ladders all in the way of customers ??? No safety preventions??? It seems they want a lawsuit ??? Thank you and be blessed!!!
