Paul with Big Time Pest Control came out to inspect the rental house I’m living in for pest as I have been hearing some shuffling in the attic and observed some droppings in the garage. From the moment I opened the door, he was a pleasure to work with: professional, communicative and had a great sense of humor. He helped locate the access door to the attic space which was in a not so easily accessible closet. He did his best to contort his way in there to take a look and snap some pictures. He inspected outside around the house and in the garage too. Noticed a bent vent and explained it was more likely a sign of wildlife vs. rat. Discussed the next steps and did it all with a smile. Great experience. Would defintely recommend Paul with Big Time pest control.

Paul was very pleasant, easy to converse with. I appreciated he was very knowledgeable and thorough, answering my many questions and concerns about keeping my cat and my buterfly, bird and bee sanctuary safe as I grow much of my own food very organically but still wanting to prevent my home from from possible future termite invasion. He did not pressure me to make a decision which is a point in his favor. I also like that this is a 1- stop place so I can address any other pest concern if I need to later including general pest control including insects like cockroaches, black widows as well as even rats, skunks, possums, etc. Impressed with the company because they streamline and simplify it for me so no need to go to several different companies. I had an ant problem and called Big Time right away. From the first call, the experience was excellent—prompt, friendly, and professional. Steve handled the service and went above and beyond. Not only did he thoroughly take care of the ants, but he also pointed out proactive steps I could take to prevent bigger issues (like rodents) down the line. He took his time to do the job right, and I really appreciate the thoroughness and care. I already feel confident using them moving forward!

The service started out great, but the last two times they didn’t Webb dust around the outside of the house and they’ve never taken down the two wasp nest. I pointed out when I first started the service. They used to leave a service ticket and I didn’t see one during the previous visit
