This has been one of our favourite spots for some time now. If we didn’t live over an hour away we’d be in at least once a week. Staff are always super friendly, helpful and service is always great even when it’s crazy busy. Atmosphere is great and the food is fantastic. Great cocktails, delicious tacos. The Birria ramen and bulgogi steak are some of the coolest Mexican fusion dishes I’ve had. The Quesabirria are delicious. I’m not a fish fan normally but the baja shrimp and crispy fish tacos are fantastic. Even if you come and just get chips and dip get that white hot mayo and a frozen marg and you will leave happy. Oh an CHURRO CHIPS. Game changer. Thanks Blanco.
As this was my second time here, I feel it is necessary to write my review at this time for myself and others to know that Blanco Cantina is definitely somewhere you should go for a Taco Tuesday at least once in your life, even if purely for the atmosphere. The tacos are decent and consistent, there are a lot of options and add-ons. We had a kid at the table and were offered crayons which was very nice. The drinks were delicious. Presentation of the food was beautiful and easy to take photos of. Should you eat here? Yes. Will you enjoy it? Yes. It's more about the vibes than it is about the food, but the good vibes will make any food taste great. Highly recommend.
Delicious! 😋 I especially loved all the flavour in the tortilla soup! It was a really good side with the quesadillas. My only complaint was that they sat people right next to us even when their was more tables to space people out - if the restaurant isnt full then standard practice should be leave a table in between because - it was harder to have a conversation when their next table is unnecessarily close.
I love coming to this spot , it has good food, good atmosphere, good music always playing and the servers are attentive. The tacos are amazing , each one packs full of flavor. We had the fish tacos for the first time , and it was good. A perfect crispness of the fish tacos and full inside. The pork was good as well , wasn't too hard to chew. Each table has a Trio of hot sauces to choose from. As a person who enjoys hot sauce they're a good average heat.
My first time here. The place gives and awesome vibe. Great for small and large gatherings. Our waitress was super friendly and attentive. We had the margarita Monday special. Very strong but a bit sour for my liking. The 3 for $17 tacos were pretty good. Beef one tasted a bit off, but fish and shrimp were very good.
