Both my daughter and I just received amazing cuts from Diana, (one straight, one curly)! Not only did she spend time making sure she understood what style we wanted, but she also took the time to explain how we can style it on our own afterwards. I have never felt so completely understood and valued at any salon. Definitely recommend!
Hannah Luck was my stylist and man did she deliver! I wanted long hair extensions (first time in my life), she did a consultation with me, answered all my questions, color matched me and then came the appointment. She was meticulous in measuring and applying the extensions, styling them, and taught me how to style it myself! She was patient with me, and put me at ease. She is the best!!
Hannah did a great job cutting my hair! I really enjoyed my appointment, and she pointed out products to help me in the future hopefully get some of my hair lighter! Can't wait to go back in May to touch up my hair color!
I’ve been going platinum for a few years now. I have always gotten my hair professionally done and have never had box dye in it. I am new to Greensboro and was looking for a salon to continue my journey going platinum. I attached a picture below of my hair the day before my appointment at Bliss - it was healthy, long, light, and naturally curly. I’ve also attached the picture I walked into the salon with. I was told by the stylist, Darlene, that the color was achievable if she could take a few inches off of my hair. I agreed. My appointment was on a Thursday. I was at the salon from 3 to 11:30pm. I had to return on Friday AND Saturday because of how botched my hair was. It was two different colors with a VERY defined line, and still is. I’ve attached pictures below after the first, second, and third time at the salon that I believe speak for themselves. My hair was extensively damaged from bleach and is not even blonde. No other stylist will touch my hair for a color correction because of how damaged it is. My hair was literally burnt off at Bliss. It has been over a month and I still cannot run a brush through my hair because of the amount of breakage I have. I am devastated. I explicitly asked to speak to a manager or owner twice, to no avail. After the extensive bleach damage that was done to my hair, the only “solution” I was given by the stylist going forward was to go dark. My hair is damaged beyond repair, multiple different colors, darker than the hair I originally came in with, and nowhere near the color I asked for and was told was achievable. I have never had an experience with a salon like this before. If the look I wanted was not achievable, I should have been told and would have pursued other options. That is why I went to a professional salon - to be given professional advice and have professional work done. Save your money and your hair and choose a different salon.
Celeste is a miracle worker! I had neglected my hair since having a baby last November, and my past hair dresser had left the salon I had been a client of. So, I went on the hunt! When I saw all Celeste's work on her instagram, I knew that was the hair goals I had always had but never reached. I am SO GLAD to have found her. She is punctual, easy to talk with, and knows exactly what she is doing. 10/10!
