Amazing post purchase support. We purchased a dining room set 4 years ago from Blueprint Home. Recently we discovered a crack in the chair frame under the seat. Even though the manufacturer denied any warranty the store owner Jane made it right and replaced the chair with a new one at no cost to us. Never expected that but she exemplifies Customer Service to the max. Thanks Jane!
We went into Blueprint Home to see what furniture offerings they had available since we just moved into a new house and needed to furnish it. We loved that it's a local store and we try to support local in our purchases whenever possible. The team at Blueprint Home was absolutely great! Karrie and Kim were very knowledgeable and helpful when we explained to them what we were looking for. We could tell that they are passionate about what they do and actually care about providing excellent service to their clients. We ended up buying a Lind leather couch and love seat for a good deal. We ordered them in July and we were expecting to receive them at the end of November, but the shipment arrived early November instead. It was a pleasant surprise! The white glove delivery experience was amazing and we're very content with our overall experience with Blueprint Home. We're planning on going back to get more furniture and decor there in the future. We highly recommend them!
I had a great experience with every step at Blueprint. I visited the store in person before buying - it's a beautiful store to check out and the staff was really helpful in showing me different options while I was bed shopping. I eventually ordered my Gus Modern bed by email/phone which was quick and easy, and delivery was done with great communication. The bed is fantastic in our space (especially love the headboard height) and it's super comfy to lean on to read. It's sturdy and I'd definitely recommend it. I also picked up some decorative pillow shams while I was in store for a gift - Blueprint carries fabulous decorative pillows that are actually big enough to have some presence and super comfy to lean into on the couch (no sad little throw pillows here). Highly recommend this great local Ottawa store!
Es ist immer eine Freude, zu Blueprint Home zu gehen, auch wenn es nur zum Stöbern ist. Das Personal ist freundlich und zuvorkommend, und der Laden ist immer gut bestückt und ansprechend präsentiert. Die Inhaberin, Jane, ist sehr sachkundig und äußerst kundenorientiert. Ich kann mich bei Möbelberatung und -anleitung immer auf sie verlassen. Ich habe eine Couch liefern lassen, und das Lieferteam hat mich kontaktiert, um mir mitzuteilen, wann die Lieferung zu erwarten ist. Als sie ankamen, stellten sie die Couch dahin, wo ich sie haben wollte, wickelten sie sie aus und stellten sicher, dass ich zufrieden war, bevor sie gingen. Alles in allem war es eine großartige Erfahrung. Übrigens... ich liebe meine Couch!
Letztes Jahr bin ich von Toronto nach Ottawa gezogen, und Blueprint home ist mein neuer Anlaufpunkt für alles rund um Möbel und Dekor. Ich liebe den Laden absolut, die sich ständig ändernde Ausstellung und die unglaubliche Auswahl. Mein erster Kauf war ein Richmond Sofa, das ich liefern ließ, und es passt wunderschön in mein Wohnzimmer. Seitdem bin ich ständig von den Gruppierungen im Laden inspiriert worden, was mich zu meinem nächsten Kauf führte: einen schönen modernen grauen Schaukelstuhl. Er passt perfekt dazu! Ich kann Blueprint nicht genug loben. Der Service ist ausgezeichnet und die Möbel sind exquisit.
