I have been going to Body 20 West Omaha for over 1 year. Mitch, Anna, Avyn and all the trainers make the workouts fun. They all are great coaches to encourage you to reach your goals and peak performance. Have seen positive results and better health with just a couple sessions. Highly recommended this for individuals with busy schedules and want to make workouts efficient. Look forward to each new workout every week and seeing the staff. Try it - you won’t regret it!
I started EMS training at Body20 mostly out of curiosity, but I’ve stayed because of the results. I’ve dealt with ongoing back pain for years, and this is the first thing that’s actually made a noticeable difference. The workouts are efficient, low impact, and surprisingly effective—and the trainers really know what they’re doing. My back feels stronger, more stable, and I move better overall. I genuinely appreciate how Body20 has helped me feel like myself again.
I found Body20 after having my first baby and needing to find a workout for this new stage, and I’ve loved it since day 1! I’m able to bring my son with me, and the owner, Steph, is so kind and will hold him during the 20 minutes if needed. Steph and all the trainers are exceptional and accommodating, and it feels like a luxurious, boutique style workout. I’ve learned that having a trainer 1:1 is essential, and I feel so welcomed and cared for by the trainers: Mitch, Avan, Anna, and Lexi. It feels like a family, and the workout is short but extremely impactful. You have to experience it to understand it, but it’s challenging and rewarding at the same time. I look forward to going, and I wouldn’t want to workout anywhere else!
Body20 is by far the most unique and instantly rewarding workout that I have ever done. From high school to college athletics and heavy weight training after (at about every gym in Omaha), there is nothing like this place. The ownership and staff are the most inviting and positive people around which makes this 20 minute workout FLY by.
Initially, there was apprehension regarding the effectiveness of this new training method compared to traditional free weights. However, the progressive resistance and targeted muscle engagement offered a surprisingly robust challenge. The innovative design effectively mimics the full range of motion and stability demands of free weight exercises. Ultimately, the workout proved to be a comprehensive and beneficial alternative for strength development. Huge Thank you to Trainer Lexie making me a believer!
