We were worried about leaving our super active young kitten for a pre-planned vacation and received a referral from our vet to Bone Voyage. We were so happy we did! They did a wonderful job with our little kitten and for a small fee provided us with pictures while we were away. They loved on him just as we would have so we could just relax and enjoy our vacation. We almost thought he wouldn't want to come back home!
Jodi and the team hear are amazing. We went to take a tour and the way they run their facility is top notch. Everything from the day to day flow to each and every staff member was a pleasure to experience. It is obvious that the team there has a tone of fun with each other and that spills over into a wonderful time for every fur baby that they care for. Great place to check out and one of the best places to be if your a fur baby.
I needed to board my cat when going on vacation and am very satisfied that I found Bone Voyage Pet Resort. I wanted to take a tour of the boarding area to make sure it would be comfortable for my cat and I was permitted to do that. The area was clean, bright and has a large window facing the lobby. I like that toys and a climbing post are provided in the room for the cat's so they aren't bored and stuck in the kennel without some interaction, exercise and entertainment. I will definitely be using this place again when going on vacation.
**July 2025**updated to add Riley still enjoys her stays here, especially swimming in the pool!** Riley loves her stays at Bone Voyage Pet Resort for boarding, daycare, and grooming. Jodi and the staff are always friendly, welcoming, and treat Riley like their own. Riley demands all the attention as soon we walk in the door :-) We've enjoyed coming here for the last 4 years and it gives us a peace of mind to have this place to leave our fur baby when we need to go out of town. We know that without a doubt she will be taken care of, and always enjoy the pictures sent to us while we are away, seeing her having a ball. Riley especially loves the pool during spring and summertime and all the extra playtime with her new friends. We definitely recommend Bone Voyage Pet Resort.
We booked a one hour private swim for our water-hesitant pup and it was the perfect environment for her to explore the water. We were able to get into the pool with her, which was the determining factor of booking with Bone Voyage. They also provided a life jacket, which she wore for a little while! The staff was also amazing as well, they went above and beyond our our pup. We will definitely be back and will recommend to friends and family!
