The complete lack of communication is absurd to the point own employees have to apologize for his absences. Quick Run of our experience: •Hired Adam in July 2023. Soon after on boarding was done communication became rare. Through out the year of service, communication had to be ran through the payroll person or an employee who has since retired. Why? Because emails, text, and voicemail went unanswered by Adam and the only way to ask anyone directly was through the only people we could reach.His employees, though helpful, rarely had the answers we needed. •February 2024, we figured we'd hire them to file our taxes 2023, since they've done the bookkeeping. We hand over our tax forms(1099,w2,etc.) We ask for updates through out the year. Finally getting a response in August, that we have an extension they'll be filed by Sept. Sept, comes and goes. We spend the last few months of 2024 asking about our 2023 taxes with out a response or update. •February 2025, we finally asked for paperwork to terminate services, balance sheets and profit/loss statements for 2024, and our paperwork for 2023. Again only response is from the payroll person, who can't really help us but would bring it up to Adam when she talks to him. •March 2025, Adam finally replies after multiple emails, "I am working on the missing tax returns". When did they go missing??? At least he mentions they're not late. •These last few months we asked again and again for our documents with out even a "we can't provide this or that" response. •Its June 2025, and we haven't received any of what we requested or response to any of our emails. Payroll lady was on point and communication with her was great. She took care of us well. The retired employee was amazing too she helped were she could. But communication with Adam himself, it was rare or nonexistent. AVOID HIRING ADAM. Others in these reviews share in the same experience. Suggestion look up #IHaveACPAGuy, they've heard our situation and are amazing at what they do.

There is little to no communication via email or calling, for every 10 follow up emails you have to send you get one back if that. We have passed our 2023 deadline and still cannot get a straight answer on when our taxes can be filled, in our final attempt to get as close to the finish line Adam did not show up to my appointment nor have the courtesy to advise he was not going to be there. Office also lacks service as I couldn’t schedule an appointment nor could she get a hold of Adam either. Save yourself the headache and stress. Do not hire.

I hired Adam Dickreiter in April 2024 for bookkeeping and to file my taxes. It's now December 2024, and he hasn't done his job. He doesn't respond to my emails or calls. I highly recommend that you STAY AWAY! Adam has POOR COMMUNICATION!

Alicia & Adam I am reaching out desperately to request a response regarding the 2023 tax declaration for Goldenstone Avocado Corporation. I have been unable to reach you through any office lines or extensions, and Adam has not been answering his mobile phone either. I am now facing serious challenges, and truthfully, I don’t know what else to do at this point. Please, I urgently ask for your response as soon as possible to let me know what is happening and whether you will continue working on this matter Thank you.
