Usually like this place but I bought a flat iron that is no good. They have an all sales final policy, not even exchanges or store credit (really hate that) so just be aware. Had I realized that I wouldn’t have purchased it.
Really nice staff and owners.I come here very often. They have literally everything. Like actually, I don’t think any store in SA has as much as B&P. The only downside is that their (synthetic) wigs are extremely overpriced. Sensational, umbra, and other synthetic brands are marked up to 70$ + when you can buy it on Amazon for quite literally, half the price. I understand businesses gotta make profit. But holy hell why are the synthetic wigs marked up by 60%?? Good thing is they have sales on their wigs a lot to keep Inventory moving I suppose but we gotta stop normalizing beauty supply stores overcharging on synthetic wigs.
LIED TO MY FACE. Tried to return a pack of crochet hair and the owner told me that they don’t sell that hair at all.. just for me to walk back to the same rack that I grabbed it from and SURPRISE there’s plenty in stock. Felt good to prove her wrong in the moment, but definitely left a bad taste in my mouth. Lost a long time customer.
Love coming here every other weekend, they everything hair. So much variety, and the clothes they got is TEAAA, you hear? I always suck when it comes to buying wigs, because I never know what works for me. But that wig girl Randi, always get me right every single time. Bought 4 different wigs just because of her. Staff is super friendly and so unbelievably helpful. Definitely bringing my friends next time I go
Still the best, cleanest & most organized place ever! The young ladies they have there are all very helpful and knowledgeable about all the products in the store-great customer service; this is why I keep coming back😊I purchased lashes and a new lash glue with a silicone applicator that distributes adhesive lightly (this applicator may not be for everyone). I also purchased a highlighter in Rose Pink that is the bomb y’all!! I love the lashes too!
