The service was pretty good. We came in New years eve so if was extremely busy. Drinks were on point. The culinary was really good. Especially the lemon sauce it cane with. My wedding soup was good but a little disappointing. 99 percent broth with very little meatballs or orzo pasta. The steak came out dry and overcooked, but they fixed it quickly. Overall a good place to eat and being a holiday i can excuse the inconsistent food. Will give another try sometime whe. Not so busy.
Came in last week and it wasn’t bad but ok, decent. Food was a bit cold after taking awhile and service was ok. I decided to give it a second shot with the hubby yesterday. Well, lets just say I am very glad we did. Arielle was a rockstar. We told her our issues from last time, she told us she would make sure everything was going to be great today that she would ensure it and thanked us for giving Bravo a second shot. Job well Done. Even though it was very busy, we were taken care of phenomenally. She gave great suggestions, answered all questions we had, went above and beyond, and was so sweeet. We were truly impressed and will be retuning to ask for her as our waitress again!
As a regular visitor and local to Town Center, it had been a while since I last visited Bravo. In the past, I hadn’t always had the best experiences with some of the staff. However, one evening my husband and I wandered in for cocktails and dessert—and I’m so glad we did. The bartender, Hanna, was absolutely wonderful! She was funny, personable, and an all-around fantastic bartender. She truly made our night memorable, and we ended up having such a great time that we’ve returned several times since. Each visit, Hanna has been just as welcoming and friendly as the first. She’s one of the best bartenders we’ve met in a long time. Thank you, Hanna, for your great service, amazing drinks, and delicious desserts!
First time dinning. 12 people on a Tuesday evening. Drinks were okay. We sat outside. Our waiter kept placing the food on another table or a stand while she went to get the other food. Over priced and the plates are not that good. The absolute best thing I ate was the spinach dip.
