I was so happy with my experience with Braxton Automotive. The service advisors and management were very informative and straight forward on what needed to be done with my BMW X4. The techs did a great job and the car is now in perfect condition! Thank you all for your constant updates on my car and letting me know what to expect in price. This is my second time using this location. They are super professional and on top of getting your service done in a timely manner. They are very reasonable price wise. I was highly satisfied. I have a Volvo S 60 and they certified to fix European cars. They have a nice waiting area with coffee and water.I’ll be back for future services
The service was top tier from start to finish. The inspection was thorough with photos. My service persons Justin and Jason was on it! He explained everything well. The pricing was fair and no surprises. I've found my new auto shop for my Mercedes GLE 350! The whole staff was on it. I love good customer service and this place has it.
Great experience at Braxton Automotive on Howell Mill Rd. I had an appointment for an oil change and they took my car early. I was grateful because I just got off work and I live an hour away. The staff was professional and courteous. I would definitely recommend anyone needing car care service to them.
After receiving a sky high estimate from my BMW dealer I called Braxton on the recommendation of a neighbor.. They were fabulous , through and saved me from purchasing a new tire that the dealer had recommended. I actually first called another repair shop far from me( thanks siri) and when I told them I’d meant to call Braxton they said “ oh, i know those guys. They are great and They’ll treat you right. So regular folks and other mechanics recommend them! Me too… and they saved me $500 off the dealer quote!
