My experience with BRDA was excellent, from consultation through final service. Angela explained everything that would be required without any hint of condescension, and was very understanding with my concerns about the cost. She explained the financing alternatives well, and her team was efficient. She took great care and was still able to complete the work sooner than anticipated.
We had Kyle Johnson and Joe Bode come and do a quote and aluminum remediation throughout my home. The quote went super well and very easy and the work was able to be started that day. Kyle was very helpful and answered all of my questions, for which there were a lot, and both were super respectful, clean and nice all around (even with my kitten who was definitely in the way). Will definitely be using BRDA exclusively in the future. Perfect experience and most affordable quote I got out of 4 companies. Extremely satisfied.
The team from Brda did a great job! Jennifer, the lead technician was good at communicating status of the project and scheduling extra follow up appointments. The project was a little more difficult as we were retrofitting a new battery to a 12 year-old system with earlier generation, micro inverters. But, Jennifer worked through it with the Enphase folks And the project was completed before your end to achieve the tax credit. I was very thankful that Jennifer understood. The importance of the timing constraints and she did everything she could to make it happen.
Jennifer was absolutely fantastic to work with for my F-150 home charger installation. She went above and beyond from start to finish, taking the time to walk me through everything, double-checking the setup, and making sure the job was done correctly and safely. You can tell she truly cares about her work and her customers. Friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. If you need any electrical work done, especially EV-related, I’d highly recommend asking for Jennifer. She made the whole process easy and stress-free!
Another great interaction with Brda electric. Mark McConnell came out to repair a dimmer switch and fix and change other light switches. He was prompt, friendly and left the work area was spotless. I also went over other ideas for possible future light fixtures in other areas of my home-he's got a good eye! I will continue to use Brda for all of my electrical needs.
