Very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful staff. Lauren was fantastic in knowing just what needed to be done. My rings were sized, fixed, and cleaned in a timely manner and they did an amazing job! Would definitely recommend!!

I have been a customer of Brian Michael’s jewelry for over 40 years now! I am remiss that this is my first written review because I have been extremely happy and satisfied with every single purchase. Married 37 years, my engagement ring and wedding bands are still beautiful and well maintained. I even bought a second wedding band(with gorgeous diamonds) as an anniversary gift for my husband 2 years ago! So many compliments on it! Brian has a gift of being able to help you choose the perfect gift once you tell him your general thoughts. He stays within your budget, asks the right questions, and always makes it spectacular! Customer service from everyone is stellar, always welcoming and so helpful. Over the decades, after many , many purchases from watches, rings , earrings, bracelets, necklaces, I still love everything! This past July, my son got engaged and bought the most showstopping ring(and wedding band) for his fiancée. She is endlessless stopped and complimented on its beauty and radiance.shes one happy girl! Now, his wedding band is in the works! My daughter recently had them repair her engagement ring that another jeweler tried to fix twice, to no avail! It’s now perfect! Thank you Brian and your wonderful crew for being Buffalo’s best jeweler! Bravo 👏🏻

A Truly Unforgettable Experience I walked in with my fiancé just to get her ring size — we weren’t planning to make a purchase that day.
