Despite not getting my dress here, they definitely deserve 5 stars. They were very quick to respond to my appointment request and reached out prior to my appointment focusing on my style, preferences, and vision. I found my dress before visiting them so I ended up canceling my appointment but they were really gracious about it and even offered their alteration services - which I will definitely be looking into :))

Horrible experience at this place. I went to this boutique find a bridesmaid dress for my friends wedding. When I went they didn’t have the color I wanted but they told me they could order it for me. They never told me the price of the dress so I had agreed with someone over the phone that they would send me an email with pricing information before I gave them the green light to charge my card for it. ( I live 45 minutes away so i didn’t want to go in person for them to just order the dress online). I get a call and Angela tells me my card declines. I said what? Why are you charging my card if I haven’t even gotten an email about pricing information yet? She responded with “We did not charge your card, your card declined.” How does my card decline without attempting to charge it ? Anyways I order the dress, she tells me there is a tariff on it but she didn’t know how much it was going to be yet. I said okay that’s fine. Fast forward I go to pick up my dress, and she tells me the tariff came out to 77 dollars but gave me no proof of it or receipt of when I bought my dress. I brushed it off. I try on my dress and agree to get it altered there but didn’t know how much it was going to be beforehand because they never disclosed that with me. In my head i didn’t think it would be more than 100 dollars. I get to the register and am ready to pay the tariff (which she gave me a “discount” on and came out to 55) and alterations, she then tells me the total is 401 dollars!!!!!! Mind you, my dress was 380 already!!!!! I payed the amount and not even an hour later I called to cancel the alterations, mind you they said they would have it ready until 6 days later. I called and Angela told me they couldn’t do a full refund because they had already cut my dress, I tried my dress on again at home and it was too short on me and now can’t wear my heels that I spent 100 dollars on. I will never come back to this place again, and hope that no one goes through this either.

Our son and his new bride married this past March. We are excited to share our wonderful experience we had at Bridal Gallery. The new bride, Alexys, purchased a wedding dress in her hometown in North Carolina and brought it to Texas to have it altered. After a couple of fittings with another bridal shop, we will not mention, Alexys' vision was not coming together. With the wedding date quickly approaching, she was beginning to feel a little anxious, so we reached out to Bridal Gallery, located right here close to home. This is where we met Angela, who was an angel apparently sent to us. Angela met Alexys and me at her gallery on the Tuesday, just four days before the Saturday wedding. After Alexys gave Angela an idea of what she was looking for, Angela assisted her with three different wedding gowns, one of which was chosen for her special day. Angela phoned her seamstress, Mi Lu, to see about scheduling a fitting for Alexys. Mi Lu graciously agreed to come to the gallery on her day off and get Alexys fitted. With a few pins and tucks, and a final fitting, everything was coming together nicely and so quickly. Alexys also purchased a pair of pearl gloves that Mi Lu had made by hand. They added a special touch to the beautiful ensemble. Alexys was so pleased with the results and was now ready for her wedding day. It goes without saying, we highly recommend Bridal Gallery to all the future brides. They are truly in the business of "Love." Sweet ladies who sweetly assist in making your special day a dream come true. Thank you, Angela and Mi Lu!

The bridal gallery was one of the best experiences I had during my wedding planning. The service was amazing from beginning to end and I felt like the whole staff was really invested in making sure I was happy with the final product. I would recommend this place to any bride! I felt beautiful the day of my wedding!

I am the Maid of honor for my best friends wedding and we went dress shopping for her today. Bridal Gallery was the first place we went and I had a good feeling about it when I scheduled the appointment for my bestie. We get there and oh my, there were so many gorgeous dresses to choose from! Our $800 price range had us a little limited, but that was expected since wedding dresses are usually 1,000 -3,000 on average. But there was still a great selection in or close to the budget we set and Taylor was who helped my BFF with her dress fitting and was so sweet and helpful and Angela the owner was very nice and I can tell takes pride in her business. Support your local businesses before you go to some chain retail store for your dress! It definitely made for a more intimate and memorable experience and they even had a few bridesmaid dresses and mother of the bride dresses to choose from! Definitely not disappointed and so excited for my best friend. She even cried when she put her dress on. Their seamstress was also very sweet and they offer dress restoration services if you want to wear your moms wedding dress or something like that, and can add sleeves to any dress if you are wanting them! Super cool place and very happy we went there first :) (Also, none of these pictures are “the dress” sorry people of google 😉)
