I was initially provided with a quote, but upon following up to confirm its validity, I was informed the price had increased by approximately 65%. When I requested clarification on whether the service remained the same or an explanation for the steep increase, the company’s director (Stephen Blake) dismissed my inquiry, stating they were “far too busy” to respond/negotiate. It is baffling that addressing a straightforward question about a price change would require the director’s direct involvement, and equally concerning that such a basic customer concern was met with outright disregard. This response is neither professional nor reflective of a client-focused business ethos. If the company cannot provide a clear explanation for significant price adjustments, they should at least delegate such communications to someone capable of engaging with clients respectfully. Simply brushing off legitimate questions damages trust and undermines confidence in their service.
