We came across a loose bit of floor with what apeard to be a drain during a kitchen refit. Unsure if this was important and needed to be accessible, I called the company and was massively impressed that he came out next morning first thing to assess, espcially as the kitchen fit was on a tight schedule. Although he confirmed it was not something that needed access and we never had to actually pay for the service, I really appreciated being fit in quickly and for the professional advice provided. If I ever have issues with drainage in the future this will be the first number I will call.

Called Ross to investigate the smell of drains emerging from our cellar; he came the next day in found that the drain had collapsed. The following day work started on lifting the cellar floor, drain repaired with new inspection covers installed and stone flag and brick floor carefully re-instated a day later. Really pleased with quick response, quality of workmanship and how well everything was cleaned up afterwards. Thanks Ross, Ryan & Harry, it was nice to meet you.

Ross and his team responded quickly to our emergency call for a blocked drain which turned out to be more complex than thought as a collapsed pipe under the drive had caused stones and gravel to fall into the drain. To make matters worse there was no manhole cover. Ryan, together with Harry, always arrived on time and did an excellent job in replacing the pipes and creating a new cover. They communicated throughout with courtesy and consideration. I have no hesitation in recommending this company and would certainly use their services again. Neil (BS9).

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience with this company. The engineer was very professional and knew exactly what the issue was as soon as he arrived. The job was completed quickly and efficiently within about 15 minutes, with no inconvenience to me at all. The price was very reasonable for such a high standard of service. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

Ross and his team were excellent! They came out at really short notice to replace a collapsed drain in our garden despite being very busy with other work. They did the job for a really good price and were all really friendly- I couldn’t have asked for a better service.
