I took a Skate Class This Morning, and as the time got closer to the ending I felt Comfortable with My Instructor 😁, so I left and picked up My Grand-Daughters, I felt even more Comfortable, within 30 Minutes I was Skating like a Pro, mind you I haven't stayed in 43 years, I'm so pleased to have gotten to Broadway Skateland, and get The Confidence of My Instructor that no matter how long or how old I was I was able to still Skate, Anyone Who Reads This You Have To Come And You Will Not Be Disappointed, Muchas Gracias Broadway Skateland And A Big Shout Out To

We booked Broadway Skateland for a private 50th birthday party and we would all highly recommend them to anyone wanting to do so. The staff was so GREAT to work with. We had the best time! They catered to our music request. Super friendly to all of our guest. So much fun.
I threw a birthday party up there from my son and although Julie, who is assigned to help with the birthday service was amazing!! the Older lady at the front desk With white Short hair Above her shoulders. her behavior was disgusting!!! I have a three-year-old with autism who can’t skate, who is also a picky eater, and doesn’t eat pizza or cake because of his sensory issues. He honestly just sat at the table and watched and played on his iPad… and the lady who I described before was arguing with me about Trying to charge me for him (my 3 yr to get in the skating rink) which also I forgot to mention is a sibling-of the big brother That I threw the birthday party for!!!! so clearly if I’m a mom of TWO CHILDREN !! of course I would have to bring mythree-year-old with me!! to his big brother‘s birthday party!!! whether he is participate in the events or he doesn’t!!! should I have been charged for? Absolutely Ludacris behavior she ripped that paper back from beneath me and slither across that plastic glass back to her and cross my son’s name out with such an attitude! It was beyond me! also, I paid for the birthday party package with 10 guests total being $150 meaning the birthday boy my son could invite 10 guests and she also charged me for my son whose birthday party it was! Which he brought his ownnnn rollerblades so he didn’t purchase a ticket to rent their broadways skates🤯 and the worst part about it is my son goes with his grandma to this skating rink every Friday and I know they know him so well because the DJ is always calling his name over the speaker at the skating rink out loud for everyone to hear! So to treat a consistent customer the way she did! In my eyes was very poor customer service! Last birthday party I will ever book here!
You definitely get what you pay for. Music was mainly line dancing music, noting up to date for the kids. Then they had a race towards closing time and the 1st-3rd winners didn’t get anything. They could’ve given them a light up necklace anything. The only thing I enjoyed was the young lady at the concession stand, she was nice. The food was hot and served well.
