Onaidi was excellent! If I can give 6 stars I would! A/C stopped working at 6:30pm on Fri he came out the next day early and fixed the issue within 30 mins. He's punctual, kind, amazing service and walked through everything with us on what he was doing/replacing. He went above and beyond and we are truly grateful. We'll be contacting him again. Great service! Onaidi was amazing to work with. It was very refreshing to have a technician that is looking out for your best interests. He arrived quickly and fixed our issue within an hour. I will definitely be calling Brocard air again for all my heating and cooling needs/maintenance.

Talk about a breath of fresh air. Brocard and the tech Onaidi do honest work and that is all I ask for. I have gone to other A/C companies for quotes and it was a cash grab. Other companies have showed up barely look at the unit and throw a price. Onaidi showed up, actually looked at the unit, found the problem and gave me options. Most importantly Brocard/Onaidi gave a fair price, not like these other companies I have dealt with. It's refreshing and it won't be the last time I will be calling Brocard and the tech Onaidi. Onaidi was incredible and it is greatly appreciated.
