The customer service was excellent! Technician - Emily was kind, personable and took time to chat with my 6 yr old son who wanted to show off some of his hot wheels. Would recommend Emily and Brockman Heating and Air everyday of the week.
Nick Stern was very pleasant and did his job thoroughly and professionally. He pointed out a couple of things involving our humidifier that needed immediate attention. He then completed those tasks in addition to his other maintenence work. Overall He did a very good job.
John came for a routine check on the furnace. He was friendly and great at explaining things to me. He found that soon we’d be needing 2 parts replaced and said he could do it now, or we could just wait till things went haywire. We opted for now. I appreciated the choice and information. Brockman always good people in my book!
We discovered at 9:00pm that our heat had not been working and it was only 60 degrees in our house and dropping fast. We called and someone was able to get to us by 10:30 and had assessed the problem given us a temporary fix for overnight until someone could come the next day with parts (was honest that he could do it that night but would cost way more). The next day they were there by 9am and had prepared us up front for the cost. Both technicians were friendly and easy to interact with. I would highly recommend them to anyone! Also our furnace was 15 years old and they didn’t try to sell us anything we didn’t need. Appreciate their dedication and professionalism!
Nick did a terrific job today servicing our heating unit. Nick took lots of detailed pictures of what he did. Nick was very knowledgeable, thorough and had a great personality. Nick explained to us all about what he had done. I would definitely recommend Nick to anyone needing a furnace checkup. Thanks Brockman’s for hiring a great technician.
