We used Broom for years and had a lot of great cleans. Over the last year we were with them they started missing little things, then big things, until finally I came home and couldn’t tell if they had been there or not. Having cleaning help was a luxury for us and we stretched our budget to afford it. We both have adhd and demanding careers, and it was the one thing we did for ourselves to try to keep our house calm and peaceful. After canceling and seeing that they didn’t even want to keep our business, I wish I had canceled years ago. I would prefer to do it myself.
We have been using Broom for a few months and absolutely love them. They were super accommodating of our schedule and it is so nice to come home to a spotless house after they’ve come. We have used other cleaning services in the past and Broom is a better value and does a much better job than their competitors. So glad we found them!
Tya and her team are fantastic! The communication was great, they answered all my questions and were able to schedule quickly. The cleaners were right on time and did a very thorough job on the whole house. One of my favorite parts about their team is that they are extremely pet friendly and I didn’t have to make arrangements for my dog to be gone or worry about if they would be inconvenienced by her; they were very sweet to her and able to get the job done with her there. They communicated well from beginning to end and left the house sparkling! I will most definitely be using them again and recommending to friends. Thanks Broom team!
