This was my second experience with permanent makeup after an awful microblading experience several years ago, so I was understandably nervous. She took her time answering my questions, listening to my concerns, and never made me feel rushed. From that very first conversation, I knew this was the studio for me. Tenielle was incredibly personable, patient, and reassuring, and I immediately felt I would be in good hands. I chose to do powdered brows, and my appointment could not have gone better. I have FFA and have almost lost all of my eyebrows completely, which has been deeply distressing and emotionally challenging. I could not say enough good things about Tenielle and Brow Beats. I needed help with a correction from old microblading and she was fantastic. She took lots of time with me, figuring out what we wanted to do in color and shape, and lots of time actually doing the work and getting it right.
