I can't say enough good things about Jack. I came in needing both repair and resizing work on a few pieces that are very special to me, and he went above and beyond to make everything perfect. The craftsmanship and attention to detail were truly impressive. My jewelry came back looking even better than before. Not only is he incredibly skilled with repairs, but his custom jewelry designs are absolutely stunning. You can tell he puts real artistry into his work. I also had the chance to browse his shop, and the selection of pieces he has available is just as beautiful - elegant, unique, and clearly made with care. If you are looking for someone trustworthy, talented, and passionate, about what they do, this is the jeweler to visit. I highly recommend him and his work!
The post on my ear broke so I did a google search and found Buckhead Jewelry. Jack was amazing and even though it wasn’t a job he did, he took it to his friend to fix. I’ve been back 3 times since and purchased 3 rings, 2 of which Jack customized for me. Jack is extremely professional, his work is impeccable and you can see how much he loves what he does in his work. I will be back!
Randomly found this gem (pun intended) on Google. I honestly can’t say enough good things about my experience. Jack was so kind. Customer service is top tier. Love my ring. Instead of going to the big box/commercial jewelers, please try this shop. Update: came back and got another ring because you cannot be the quality, price and customer service. Jack is truly the kindest and he’s so good at what he does.
Jack is truly such an amazing gentleman. He designs and makes his own jewelry and is always there for his customers! My fiancé proposed to me with the most stunning ring and he gives great pricing for quality jewelry. He even gave a great deal with the matching wedding band that fits perfectly with the side stones of the engagement ring! I highly recommend giving him a chance to create wonderful pieces for you.
Jack gives the best customer service, amazing pricing, but also does fabulous custom work! My mom has had several pieces made by him, but my favorite is my custom blue topaz wedding band. He was able to fit it to my engagement ring perfectly and to my liking (I am incredibly picky). I will only buy jewelry from Buckhead Jewelry from now on!!
