went to this place in Buckhead Atlanta, Georgia called BUCKHEAD NAIL AND TOE SPA… The service here was 1000 out of 1000 and never experienced such a good time… I mean from the beginning when i walked in the door to being sat down getting comfortable to be served Mimosas to the Hookah to just getting started to the end was so amazing & such a VIBE… I was so mind blowing by the service that they provided for the price that I paid… this beautiful amazing great service was under only $150 🤏🏽You can’t beat that… & S/O to Miss ANGEL For her great hands and pure character definitely will be coming back…maybe every other month for my daily once a month self-care thank you again BUCKHEAD NAIL AND TOE SPA… Thank you so much for the amazing service & LOVE… It was my pleasure… See you guys on the next go around… 🧡😌🙌🏽🫶🏽🤞🏽💛🤯🥴😶🌫️🫠🥰 RATINGS: Great service & staff 10/10 Massage 10/10 VIBES & Hospitality 10/10 Environment 10/10 Music 10/10 Drinks 10/10 Hookah 10/10 EVERYTHING total 1000/1000 BUCKHEAD NAIL AND TOE SPA
I brought my mom here to treat her to a pedicure because I really enjoy the milk and honey pedicure here. The only two stars I am giving are because of the milk and honey pedicure which is very good and worth the price of 80$. I deducted three stars because of my recent experience taking my mom there. My mom does not like gel or acrylics because of their negative effects. Once we started the two milk and honey pedicures- my mom’s nail tech said she wouldn’t do regular polish for my mom upon request. The reasoning was “regular polish messes up fast.” Keep in mind, they have regular polish in stock at their store and just refuse to use it. This was insane to me so I argued with her until she agreed to paint my mom’s toes with regular polish. After she finished my moms toes, she started speaking in Vietnamese to my nail tech who then told me that she would not polish my moms hands with regular polish and that she was only willing to do her toes. Once again, I argued with them and asked them to find another tech who was willing to give my mom the service that we were PAYING FOR. The only way I got them to finally agree is because I directly asked them “are you refusing to service her because we will leave.” Finally, Helen, who is an absolute angel and professional, agreed to polish my mom’s nails. She was wonderful. In addition to the techs discriminating against my mom, I had a bad experience with my gel x. I asked my nail tech for square round , paid money for shaping, and she told me “the shape will look better once we put the polish in.” And then proceeded to move forward without shaping my nails to my liking. They look like boxes with no shape. Also, the sides of my nails were not polished and the area behind my nail was not cleaned. Also, my nail tech left me before polishing my nails and went to another high profile client, asking her coworker to finish my service. Which I didn’t appreciate. Additionally, I did not like the color placed on my toes and I wasn’t given an opportunity to change it once I expressed displeasure. So now I have different nail and toe colors. My mani pedi with no designs or anything was 195. See the attached picture to see my basic boxy nails and discolored toes. This was very overpriced for the service. Also, my mom and I weren’t offered anything to drink until we had been there for two hours already. Lastly, the company sent out a text offering 10% off and when I asked for it to be applied, they tried to rip me off. The total was 300 for my mom and I. They tried to charge me 280. I had to correct them to let them know it would be 270. This felt intentionally grimy. Anyways, I won’t be returning. The customer service was discriminatory and they favor clients who pay for fake nails and exquisite designs . If you want a simple manicure or have preferences, they won’t honor them. The environment is also unclean and the parking lot is sketchy. People only come to this salon because they want hookah and to post the steamer on their social medias. It’s not luxurious by a reasonable person’s standard. Please don’t pay 200$ to get your nails done here.
Do not wasted your time or money. I got my nails and toes done on 12/28 and one already broke today 12/29. Then there are these little specs in the nail that look yellow. I showed a picture of what I wanted and Jack decided to do this. I’m from Houston and this place here is worse than Milano nails! I will be doing a detailed review on my TikTok!
Jack did an amazing job on my nails! He effortlessly did a beautiful french tip with chrome and it was so quick as well! Don did my sister’s nails with designs, chrome all of that, he listened to what she wanted and he definitely did his thing with hers!! They were both sooo nice!! It’s worth the price for the customer service, complimentary drinks (mimosa or soda)! We will be back!
This was my first time visiting this nail salon and I must say I’m truly impressed!! My husband bought me a gift certificate for all the services which included a hookah, thank you ladies especially Angel and Mia!! I will definitely be making this my new place for spectacular service!!!
