I chose this salon because they were open and had good reviews, but unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. From the start, everything felt rushed. The technician was very rough while working on my nails and cut me in several places with the drill. There was no basic prep of my cuticles or nails before starting the service. By the end, the tips of my nails already looked faded, which was really disappointing given the service I paid for. I also noticed two staff members talking about me while they worked, which felt unprofessional and uncomfortable. At one point, I was asked to put my hand in a UV light during an SNS service. In my past experience, SNS is chosen specifically to avoid UV light, so this was confusing and concerning. Towards the end of my visit, the technician was on her phone checking how many tips she received, yawning, and overall seemed uninterested in providing good service. Overall the service felt unprofessional and of poor quality. I won’t be returning.
I am in town just on a visit and I visited Buckhead signature Nails very clean very nice pleasant environment. Amisha, did my nails she selected the color the style I trusted her with the whole process And she went above and beyond. Holley completed my pedicure. She was very patient very nice very professional and she also did a very well job. The place is highly recommend recommended.
This nail salon is great. Friendly staff and great artists. Especially DON! He makes my nails look and feel absolutely perfect every single appointment. Kelly is great with my pedicure and I honestly ALWAYS leave happy.
I enjoyed my experience at this salon. These nails have been done for almost a month and haven't lifted. They are in perfect condition. They used acrylic on my nails with gel polish. I recommend coming to this place. They care about serving you quickly and ensuring you don't have to wait too long. Regards.$60
Let me first say per the hype the space is beautiful. Staff is pleasant. However, I have never had a more rushed service in my life. I walked in at 12:50 pm. He is currently polishing my toes at 1:10pm. I asked for the basic or signature pedicure $33.00. There was no lotion( or oil ) after the initial service before polish. This important because I don’t get gel polish where that part of the pedicure comes after because the polish is dry. I’m not sure if you get a better service if you get the $120 cognac service. I at least expect for the basics. Will not return.
