I have been going here for just under a year and Paige always does a great job with my hair. I can give pretty basic instructions for how I want my hair to be, and she takes over from there and it always turns out great. Plus she’s super friendly and efficient! I’m happy to have found this place when I moved downtown.

I came in a couple weeks ago for a “men’s all-over scissor cut” (which charges a higher rate on their online booking) in hopes to fix a poor haircut I got prior. I was scheduled for 9:30 and arrived at 9:25. I was immediately sat, which was great, engaged in conversation where the barber informed me they had a relatively light day and minimal plans ahead. The immediate first thing to happen once sat was the barber used clippers all around the side, despite me booking a scissor specific cut. Then there was a very quick touch up on top with scissors and I left before 9:40. That’s under 15 minutes spent on the cut itself. The barber then readjusted the pricing before I checked out, which I appreciated, however I still booked an all over scissor cut for a reason. After getting home, I realized there was a a number of areas that seemingly were missed, extra long segments that stuck out over the edges and such. Additionally, the elements I hoped to get fixed from my prior haircut were actually made worse and more noticeable than before I came in. I thought about going in again to get it fixed but honestly don’t feel comfortable going back now. The combination of such a short time spent on me despite stating what a lax day they had planned made me feel very rushed. Additionally the lack of attention to detail both on the service advertised as well as my specific qualms gives me doubts as to the actual performance of the parlor. Maybe it was one time thing, maybe the barber had a lot on her mind, I’m not sure. What I do know is that I won’t be coming back. I gave 2 stars instead of one just to lean on the side of caution that maybe this was a one of, but this was a 1 star experience in my eyes. ***EDIT*** I do want to come back and edit this review. While I still agree with everything I said, the owner did reach out to me and offered to correct the experience. While I still don't feel comfortable coming back, I do want this to reflect that management does care about the customer experience and wanted to make things right. I've added an additional star on behalf of this, and while I cant say I'll return to the shop, the effort of a small business owner is important to me and I appreciate them offering a correction.

I’ve been coming here for about 2 years and Paige always gets it right. The ladies working are friendly, professional, quick, and easy to talk to. If you’re looking for a reasonably priced haircut in downtown they’re the ones to go to.

Ich habe meinen sechsjährigen Sohn zu einem Haarschnitt mit Alexis gebracht. Der Kleine hat verrücktes, glattes Haar mit zwei Wirbeln, aber er wollte einen harten Scheitel, rasierten Seiten... einen trendigen Kinderschnitt. Alexis hat's hingekriegt. Die Atmosphäre ist entspannt, das Personal ist lustig und für ein Kind aus der Vorstadt nicht einschüchternd. Danke, Buffalo Mane.
