We had a wonderful dining experience here, made even more special because we were able to celebrate our 5th wedding anniversary together with our dog, Burtoo. The food was absolutely delicious—every dish was beautifully prepared and full of flavor, from the fresh sashimi and rich seafood pasta to the perfectly cooked meat and crispy appetizers. Everything we ordered was satisfying and memorable. What truly made this visit stand out was being able to enjoy such a special occasion with Burtoo by our side. Sharing our anniversary meal together made the experience even more meaningful and joyful. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the staff made us feel comfortable throughout our visit. We did make a reservation in advance, which helped everything go smoothly. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great food, a lovely setting, and a place where you can celebrate special moments with your furry companion. This anniversary dinner will definitely be one we remember fondly. 🐶❤️🍽️
Discovered the Cafe Catalina today - 1st time visit with husband & elderly mother in law. Lovely outlook across the Broadwater. Just had coffee and cake - the coffee was really nice and everyone enjoyed the cakes- we had Fruit Tart and mil had the apple strudel which she liked as well. Didn’t have a booking, but I think you would need one for lunch or dinner as it got quite busy as we were leaving. Easy access with Wheelchair parking and Ramps for those who need it- I was wearing a moon boot so the ramp was needed. Super friendly and efficient staff, orders were easily placed and came out fairly quickly. Lovely atmosphere Husband & I will definitely be back for lunch. Great location next to the Broadwater Parklands and Aquatic Centre. The menu for breakfast also looked really good.
Stopped here for a Friday brunch. Service was great and food was tasty. Ordered the Beef Cheek Bourguignon and Cerveza lager.. location is great too. Had a Dj initially (making conversations hard) and it got better as we sat through Happy Hours.
Staff were friendly. $23 for a breakfast croissant and small coffee. Dog friendly great views. Clean amenities. Clean bathrooms. Beautiful flowers and next to the aquatic centre . Parking was easy. Views are second to none . Beautiful coffee
Wonderful Cafe / Restaurant, Located across from the Broadwater. At The Broadwater Parklands Southport. Spectacular views from every seat. Very warm and relaxing ambiance. Received very friendly service from the young Nepalese lady. The Flat White and Fruit Tart really hit the spot. After an extended walk around the Parklands
