My boyfriend and I stopped into this e-bike shop over the past weekend, and we truly had the best customer service experience we’ve ever had. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted—not by just one person—but by at least three different employees. Erika, her dad, and another team member were all absolutely amazing. It honestly felt like family right away. Erika and her dad were incredibly knowledgeable about e-bikes and took their time explaining everything in detail. They really listened and helped my boyfriend find the bike that was the perfect fit for him. There was no rushing, no pressure—just genuine care and expertise. By the end of our visit, it felt like we had known them forever. The entire experience from beginning to end was nothing short of amazing. They truly know what they’re talking about, offer great deals, and provide outstanding customer service. It’s clear this is a family-owned business that takes pride in what they do. I’m so thankful not only for the opportunity to buy a bike from them, but also for getting to meet such an incredible family. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an e-bike and an unforgettable customer experience!

Amazing Place the service was amazing!! thank you guys for everything It was my little brothers birthday today and he wanted a bike they treated him with so much kindness made sure he loved the bike even gave him a hat with a speaker and made sure to make me feel included and gave me a speaker as well!! amazing people very welcoming and super friendly helped us load up the bike 11/10 experience thank you so much!

Erica, Ryan Jan & Dan Exceptional Service! We communicated over the course of a couple weeks while I contemplated, researched before making my decision. My son 13yrs old did most of the communicating with Jan $ Dan...They absolutely adored him and treated him like a young adult with much respect. I am a single mother with one income. Once I made the decision to move forward, we arrived intending to purchase the Ghost Cat F3X for the amount of $2799, only to find they lowered the price to $2599. Because I already anticipated spending $3000+ I was able to upgrade to the Ghost Cat F4X PRO and spent exactly that $2999. Before the initial purchase Erica & Ryan gave me allot of information regarding this particular bikes, performance, power laws and regulations, so much information in fact that it was enough to detour me from purchasing the bike.... There concern for our safety and well being was of the utmost importance above making that sale...That speaks volume. ( So if you can't handle the truth, this place isn't for you) Integrity and honestly is what this family owned business is all about and in todays society that rare! I can’t recommend this shop enough! The customer service is outstanding—friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about helping people find the right electric bike. The selection is excellent, with bikes for every type of rider, whether you’re commuting, cruising, or tackling trails. They take the time to answer all your questions and make sure you leave feeling confident and excited about your purchase. The quality of the bikes is top-notch, and the service after the sale is just as great. If you’re even thinking about getting an e-bike, this is hands-down the place to go! Best part it’s family’s owned and local.

First class business. Excellent customer service from Ryan and Erica. I brought two clients in. One bought a e-bike and one a e-trike. They took care of them. Let them take their time. No sales pitch. They also have supreme knowledge on e-bikes.
