Their pricing was reasonable, and after just one service, we have not received any further complaints from the tenant. What we really appreciated is their flexibility. Unlike other companies we used in the past that pushed for a one-year contract, this company allows us to try a one-time service first or choose multiple services if needed. Very fair, professional, and effective. Highly recommended.

California pest control did an exemplary job, from Ryan who conducted the estimate to Dwayne who performed the work. Dwayne thoroughly explained every detail of the work he would be providing and offered instructions for post-treatment care. I wanted to acknowledge the outstanding service provided by these gentlemen, which is well-deserved. In my opinion, their prices are fair considering the effectiveness of their treatments.
