From start to finish, the mini-split installation job was handled with the highest level of professionalism. The team showed up on time, communicated clearly throughout the process, and completed the work exactly on schedule. What stood out most was their attention to detail and the cleanliness of the job. All wiring and piping were neatly run through the foundation, leaving no exposed lines or clutter. Even helped with permit process at an agreed extra cost. The final result is not only highly functional but also clean and aesthetically pleasing.
Today I was hosting my daughter’s 10th bday party, and of all days to have an issue, today was the day. 97 degrees and 18 people in the house!! SMH! After numerous calls, Erasmo was the only service available to see to my issue within an hour. He was timely, respectful , attentive with his work and very fair with his service costs. He solved my issue within minutes and had AC working beautifully. I highly recommend him and his company, they have integrity and are respectful. We recently had CaliforniAir Heating & Air Conditioning install a Mitsubishi heat pump system in our home, and we couldn’t be happier with the results! From start to finish, the process was smooth, professional, and efficient. Expert Installation: They installed a Mitsubishi PVA-A42AA7 air handler & PUZ-A42NKA7 outdoor unit with precision. The team handled everything, from removing the old unit and capping off the gas line to designing the new system layout and relocating the indoor and outdoor units. High-Quality Ductwork: We also had a new duct system installed, including vent replacements and air balancing dampers, ensuring even heating and cooling throughout the house. Attention to Detail: They sealed and insulated all plenums, installed a new PVC drain system with a float switch, and made sure everything was up to Title 24 compliance. Electrical & Permits: They took care of the electrical wiring, permits, and HERS testing, making the entire process hassle-free. The crew was punctual, knowledgeable, and professional, answering all our questions and ensuring we understood how to operate the system.
