I booked a deep clean service with add on interior windows in the Sutherland shire area. The cleaner I received was named Peace (when I asked him it sounded like he said Horse) and he was very quick, efficient and did a fantastic job! I really appreciate how thorough he was and also the lovely little details like the cool folding details he left in the bedroom, bathroom and living room. It made my home feel like a luxury hotel! Customer service was quick and polite as well. I will definitely be using this service in future. Highly recommend! :)
Overall it was okay, comms could be better for the service desk, we requested for an arrival of 830-9a.m but only called around 10 am to confirm. Then the time of arrival have changed again. We requested a deep clean service but bathroom could have been better. We have to do minor cleaning afterwards but not a big deal.
Absolutely amazing clean! Everything was spotless, fresh, and super thorough - floors, skirting boards, bathrooms, all perfect. Loved the little extra touches (the toilet roll bow was adorable!). My home feels brand new. So impressed and very happy with the service! The cleaner told me their name was- Horse. You did an amazing job!! Thanks so so much
Booked kitchen rangehood cleaning and outdoor balcony cleaning (incl. rust stain removal from tiles). The gentleman was extremely efficient, he took almost no time at all and the rangehood was thoroughly cleaned - in fact, it's never looked so good! It looked brand new again. And we had some pretty deep rust stains on the balcony tiles - we were told at the time of booking, that there was no guarantee all the rust staining could be removed - but this guy cleaned the whole balcony very well, and he managed to remove the rust stains in their entirety - there were literally no signs of rust anywhere at all once he was done. We were extremely impressed! The price we were given for both jobs was also significantly lower than anywhere else we asked for quotes, we thought it was too good to be true but we gave it a go, anyway, just to see. I honestly can't believe how thoroughly and effectively the jobs were done, in such a short amount of time, and for such a reasonable price! We will definitely be booking here the next time we need some serious cleaning done. I'm going to try these guys again the next time I need an end-of-lease deep clean, too - because if that's how well you guys clean a rangehood and a rust-stained balcony, then I'm sure you'd put all the other cleaning services I've tried in the past to shame when it comes to the rest of the apartment!
