Highly recommend canberra.florist. Ordered a funeral wreath for my aunties funeral and requested a custom design of white with burgundy roses. The result hit the mark perfectly and was absolutely beautiful. Ordering over the phone was super easy and professional. Thank you for the great service.
Ordered flowers on Sunday to be delivered on Wednesday to a client who had an operation prior to my interstate visitation. Called in on Tuesday to confirm to make sure that it would be delivered before 3:30 on Wednesday, as I wanted to surprise the client before I got there to visit. They ensured it would be done. Was not delivered on Wednesday. Asked client if it was received, they said no. Called florist on Thursday, asked what was the reason it wasn’t delivered yesterday, was told “no reason, but it was delivered an hour ago” No apology, no accountability of rectification for the mistake. Do not use this service if you want reliability or good customer service.
I phoned through an order this morning for the 'Land of the Orchids' & they were delivered to my friend in hospital this afternoon. She sent a picture of them & said they were glorious! Lots of buds about to open as well as those already in full bloom. The good thing is she can take them home & enjoy them for years to come. Thanks so much for your excellent service & the quality of your product.
Monday was a public holiday, happy I was able to place an on line order with Canberra. Florist. I live in Sydney and wanted to surprise my sister for her Birthday with a beautiful big bunch of Sunflowers 🌻 She was over the moon when they arrived at her work.
