We love Capital Veterinary Hospital staff and services. Our 12 yr old border collie was ill late 2025 and the team were wonderful, compassionate, professional and saved our fur child. Their regular care and annual visits are equally as impressive- we can’t recommend them highly enough.
We appreciate the care and thoroughness of Dr Ali in treating our 12yr old Belgian Malinois. She remembers from visit to visit that the vet's often means needles so she is nervous and shaking. Dr Ali takes the time to try to calm her...and the vet nurses welcome her lovingly. We are grateful that the care she receives means she is healthy and happy.
Can't thank Dr Ali enough for Rosie's multiple life saving surgeries. Dr Ali and the team of wonderful nurses are extremely professional and caring. Best in the business! Love Rosie aka the million dollar pug 🐶
Capital vet were amazing. Nurses Lorena and Korey were a highlight of our stay - giving our baby lots of cuddles, kisses and genuinely making us feel like they loved her like their own. I was never made to feel like a pain for calling for updates repetitively. Dr Ali is super knowledgeable and we are really looking forward to continuing to work with him to get to the bottom of our babies problem. The bravery certificate is a very special touch after a stressful time! A great energy in this place.
Capital Vet are fantastic! All of the staff (vets, nurses, reception, animal attendants!) are caring, compassionate and very capable! I have been there with two of my pets. I went with my dog Ruby who has severe anxiety. We were there for a routine check up and physical. Dr Ali did an examination and Ruby didn’t even know that anything was happening! He was extremely patient and skilled with her and it was impressive to watch. She left with some treats and a very positive trip to the vet. Dr Ali also operated on my cat when he needed emergency surgery on New Years Eve. The whole team showed such compassion and care at a very stressful time. They admitted him straight away and did an excellent job of the surgery and looking after him post op. They answered any question that I had and followed up regularly to ensure that we were going ok in the post operative period also. The standard of care here is extremely high and you can tell they are a close knit team that works like a well oiled machine. I would entrust them with my pets anytime and cannot recommend this vet highly enough!
