New to the area and picked Care Plus as they had good reviews. My car hadn’t been serviced in a while and I knew I might need more than just a standard service, the team were very transparent regarding what I needed done and were okay when I asked them not to do certain things. Overall really happy with my experience and will come back. They also washed my car inside and out as part of the service which it was in desperate need of!!
Most professional experience I've ever had with any mechanic. Mitch takes the time to explain everything in their comprehensive services, down to minute details that aren't even worth worrying about for years to come. But it's comforting to know they keep tabs on anything and everything I learn more about how a car works everytime something is replaced, because Mitch keeps and shows you the exact part, giving you the run down on its function and how it failed.
We had the lovely Mitchell help us after the power steering went out on our Mazda. The service was amazing and everything was explained very clearly. Our battery needed to be replaced and the diagnosis + the service was completed very quickly at an affordable price. Their loan car service was life-saving for us as well. When we came to collect our car, Mitchell explained their whole process and how to move forward with any other issues. Our car was clean and well-looked after at CarePlus. The team is great: very knowledgeable, personable and professional.
Got a flat tire and CarePlus came through right away! They were more than happy to help up and quick to fix fast everything on the spot, and were super friendly and chill the whole time. Great vibes, super efficient, and just really nice people. I was so happy with the customer service, and work on my car. definitely recommend them!
Just had my nephew’s Peugeot (which I currently have on loan) serviced at Care Plus and am very happy with the service provided. Was easy to book online, and the front of desk team members (David and Mitchell) were friendly, polite and helpful. Got a call from Mitchell explaining some things that needed attention and then a thorough verbal and written description of the work undertaken. The cost was a pleasant surprise too-much less than I paid at a dealership for a previous service! Overall, highly recommend Care Plus in North Melbourne and plan to take my Mazda there for its next service. Thanks CP team
